Capes & Coast Building Solutions is owned and operated by Wilmington local Trey Mintz, who takes real pride in the work and the people he serves.

He’s married to his high school sweetheart and a dad of two, so he understands how important it is for a home to be both functional and dependable.

Outside of construction, Trey also serves as a local firefighter, a role that reflects the same level of responsibility, trust, and care he brings to every project.

His background in construction started with hands-on projects over the years, gradually turning into helping others improve and build their own spaces. That path led him to become a licensed general contractor and build a company focused on quality work, clear communication, and staying personally involved from start to finish.
